Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Courier (TCS): We partner with TCS to deliver orders safely across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days once dispatched. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. (Optional: Free shipping on orders over PKR X,XXX).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Verification: For COD orders, our customer support team may call or WhatsApp you to verify the order details prior to dispatch. Unverified orders may be delayed or canceled.

  • Payment at Delivery: Please keep the exact amount ready in cash when the courier rider arrives. TCS riders will only hand over the parcel after full payment is collected.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment anytime by entering your tracking number on the official TCS tracking portal or via the tracking link provided in your shipping notification.

Order Cancellations & Delivery Address Changes

  • If you need to modify your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email before the parcel is dispatched.

  • Once an order has been handed over to TCS, address modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery before signing or paying.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or open, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at [0923111288667] so we can assist you right away.
